The club's fitness center has a four-station universal gym, treadmill, spin bikes, an incline bench and complete set of dumb bells to help you be in top shape for your favorite sport. Members may visit the fitness center any time the club is open.

A heated outdoor swimming pool is located adjacent to the Tennis Courts for member use. It is 4 feet in the shallow end and 8 feet at the deepest and slightly under regulation size. A lane marker is available for lap swimming.

The Club is steps from Baby Beach, with year round swimming protected by a natural reef. Baby Beach is also the perfect end to a downwind paddle, with a shower and great food waiting in the Clubhouse!

A variety of fitness classes are held each week at the club for members and their guests.

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements, to burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. This is a 60 minute barbell class with weights to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. Expect to do squats, presses, lifts and curls to awesome music. This class is for all levels, weight is adjusted based on individual fitness level.
Space is limited to 14 students;  $10 members, $15 guests
Bring comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, water bottle and towel

Water Aerobics
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 1:30 p.m.

Meet for a stimulating low impact hour of exercise in the club pool. Join the group for stretching, strengthening, aerobics and toning. This class is self led by the members and covers a set group of exercises. The pool is heated to 82º for a comfortable workout. No cost for members; $5 for guests.

Ruby Wong

"A Breath of Aloha" Yoga with Ruby Wong

This practice combines physical poses with breath control exercises, sound energy, aromatherapy, meditations, visualizations, and guided relaxation. The practice of Yang Kundalini Yoga emphasizes breathing exercises and less on challenging physical postures to build strength. Yin Yoga is the balancing practice for the yang style; and focuses on renewal for the joints. This combination practice helps to keep the body in good condition and train the mind to be resilient and flexible in response to stress and change. Benefits of increased oxygen capacity, a boost to blood flow, balance to the glandular system, strengthened nervous system, and increased self-awareness, vitality, peace of mind, concentration, and self-confidence. It is recommended for people of all ages regardless of fitness or ability. Ruby's yoga practice and instruction experience spans over 30 years.

Certified yoga instructor Sammy Seriani leads stretching, strength building, and breathing exercises designed to create whole body wellness. The Tuesday morning class is suitable for all levels, whether you are brand new to yoga or a long time practitioner. "I am a very devoted yoga student and my love for yoga keeps me coming to the mat every day. I study two schools of yoga: Ashtanga and Iyengar; and employ both methods depending on student needs. I am yoga alliance certified and insured. The North Shore of Maui is my home, and every student that comes to practice is treated as part of my ohana~family."

Instructor Shems Heartwell is the founder of Conscious Empowerment in Haiku; with nearly 20 years of dedicated study and practice of Qi Gong, focusing on energy medicine and spiritual development. Tommye describes his class style as, “… designed to help you on your way towards better health & wellness. The class while Iyengar based has influences from the other great teachers as well.  My primary focus is proper breathing and body alignment. I encourage the use of props, holding poses longer verses moving quickly from pose to pose. Bill Keele is a Certified Somatics Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Vini-Yoga Teacher, Certified Pilates Mat Teacher, and has studied Applied Kinesiology and Osteopathy, and has taught Biomechanics and Postural Assessment.

Hanna Somatics is a specific movement process which focuses on internal awareness of sensory motor patterns. The goal is TO FEEL from within your soma (your body as you perceive it) as muscles are both concentrically and eccentrically contracted, TO NOTICE the degree of control you have over the movements, and then TO CREATE CHANGE in that control.
